By creating an account or using Proxima, you agree to these terms.

The service

Proxima is a personal task manager. We provide it “as is” and may add, change, or remove features over time.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Proxima. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are 13 or older.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the email you provide. Because sign-in uses one-time codes, keep access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use Proxima for unlawful purposes, to store unlawful content, or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to operate the app for you.

Our intellectual property

While your content is yours, everything else in Proxima — the app’s source code, design, user interface, logo, and the “Proxima” name and brand — is our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse it without our prior written permission.

Availability & disclaimer

We aim to keep Proxima reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. This includes — without limitation — damages caused by software bugs, service interruptions or server downtime, or any task, reminder, or notification that fails to save or is not delivered on time. Proxima is a productivity aid, not a guaranteed alarm or backup service; please do not rely on it as your only record of time-critical commitments.

Termination

You may stop using Proxima and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or discontinue the service, completely or partially, at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of Proxima will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
